There are three reasons why now is the OPTIMUM time to be a first-time homebuyer.
1. Low Interest Rates. As in, lowest in THIRTY SEVEN years.
2. Low prices. The affordability index is in your favor!
3. Uncle Sam is handing you $8,000 and not asking for it back.
